Details: This study is going to cover the book "Church Distributed" by Dr. Joel Hunter.
What is the church distributed? According to Dr. Joel C. Hunter, it's a way for us to make the most of our differences, connecting individuals and organizations together for long-term support and effectiveness without trying to blur our distinctions. It is not another church-growth strategy. Instead, it is a connecting strategy that results in spiritual growth. Virtually any Christian or any church in any denomination can employ the strategy outlined in this book. It even works in tandem with a church's growth plans. Not only will a church get bigger, it will get better! The church will become more deeply connected to God and His people. And together, the church will accomplish more because of its differences than it ever could on its own. Church Distributed teaches how to partner effectively with Christians who are different, as well as Christians who hold the same vision; build associations with Christians who want to develop lasting relationships for the work of the Gospel; cooperate with non-Christians for the good of everyone.
Pizza (or something similar) will be provided for lunch, and childcare will be provided.

Isaiah is the crown jewel of Old Testament prophets, a book that strikes awe in the heart of its reader, especially when its poetry is read in the Hebrew. Prophecies from Isaiah are mentioned in twenty-two places in the Gospels, Acts, and Romans. The words of Isaiah were often found on the lips of the Christ, the Messiah prophesied in Isaiah. If Jesus, God incarnate, honored this grand and glorious book so highly, then you and I ought to do the same. In Isaiah Part 1, we'll meet the Holy One of Israel, and learn how He deals with those who claim Him as God but don't honor Him as God in the way that they live. And we'll find the destiny of nations, the future of all mankind ... including ours. Workbook cost: $33 approx. Child care provided with advanced registration. Registration?
